How much is shipping?
Standard domestic shipping is free for all orders over $150. Orders under $150 incur a $9.95 flat shipping fee for standard shipping. Expediting your order will cost you an additional $9.95.
I placed an order! When will I get it?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Sydney. If placed before 11am AEST (Monday to Friday), they will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 11am AEST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched next business day. Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days to get to your door. Expedited shipping takes 2-4 business days.
I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?
Sometimes, things happen. Especially things that are out of our control (natural disasters, road closures, delivery problems, etc). If it’s been over 7 days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us at: hello@thequash.com.au with your name and order number. We’ll get to the bottom of it pronto!
Damaged, Faulty or Missing Goods
We take great pride and care to ensure that your products arrive to you in perfect condition. But, sometimes things get missed or unfortunately items can be damaged during transit. We apologise if you have received an item not in perfect condition.
If this happens, please email an image, order number and details of the damage or fault to hello@thequash.com.au. We ask that you please wait for our confirmation before returning the damaged item/s to the address we will provide you via email.
In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, please contact us to investigate. Once we have confirmed everything, a replacement item will be arranged.
Changes to your order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before checking out. We recommend double checking your email address and delivery address.
If your delivery is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address details, this will then require re-delivery which could incur a fee (even if we are offering free delivery on other orders).
